We serve healthy light lunches, sourced locally whenever possible.  All our breads are made in house, and we do have gluten free options.  We serve panini-grilled and fresh sandwiches.  We have a selection of one or two home-made “Soups of the Moment” every day.  Our salads are lovingly crafted from greens, flowers and herbs grown in our own little garden, or sourced from our neighbours, The Offers,  Dr’s Inn Organic Farm. 

We have an extensive selection of loose teas that we serve in the restaurant, and sell by the gram.  We also have a hand-drawn Pavoni Espresso machine and quite enjoy testing our barista skills.  Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte or Mocha, anyone?  PS our iced Mochas are super.

Meet the Team



Owner, dreamer, backed up by a great team of people.  Carol’s background is ecology, web design, and photography.  Her passions are cooking, ecology and hosting parties.  So, a Tea House business with a focus on local and organic foods kind of lets her stretch all her creative muscles.


Our baker and the cook responsible for our fabulous kitchen creations.  Jennifer's immpecable palate and creative vision keeps our menu fresh and delicious.

Waiter, customer greeter extraordinaire.  Noel, who attends Brown University in the US during the winter, is currently our media and marketing coordinator. He is a very tea-knowledgable team member.  



Teacher by trade and stand in customer service expert at the Tea House.  Janet is equally comfortable serving up our wonderful menu, or plating up soups and sandwiches on the fly. Her kindness will make you feel welcome every time you visit.



Our youngest team member is a self assured and friendly waitress-in-training. Ask her about our daily specials!



Our newest team member is a  friendly waitress-in-training who is quickly mastering the art of barista-ing a fabulous iced mocha!
